★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condo but looks great from out side... Few landlords are not properly maintaining the units so it may create wrong perception on this condo... Small swimming pool and very small gym(based on the equipment). Having tennis court and nice security services too...
Each time u have to register ur vehicle even though of u stay there, when u have not stick the condos stickers in ur vehicle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low density unit with nice architecture especially its roofed balconies and windows. The oldest condo in Bangsar South / Kerinchi village, it is surrounded by lush greens inside and outside (Gasing hill) the condo compound. JMB is consists of professionals and the security are Nepalis.
Carpark for visitors is limited, when it open spaces as reserved carparks and recently, renovation of a tower carpark.
Public transport and amenities is convenient in this strategic location.
