β β β β β Only one lift is working from morning till night. Management are taking forever to repair those two lifts which has been under maintainence for more than 5 months. Not sure why on the earth we are paying maintainence fee when we are not even getting a good lift Service. Its really frustrating to wait for lift for more than 20 mins every single day. On top of that lift maintainence job is done during peek. Such a dissapointment to rent a place at here. The most efficient management award goes to Saville@The Park Bangsar Managament. Those who are planning to rent a place here think twice.

β β β β β The worst place to stay ever. They claim to have 3 tier security but they have their lift malfunctioning for almost 6-8 months. And the remaining lifts work on and off.
Management and they guards are extremely rude and if you complain to them, then standard answer is βSorry for the inconvenience causedβ. Day time crime is the best description for this apartment. Never buy or rent here. Never.

β β β β β My girlfriend lives here. There's pool and gym. The security here is nice. All entry must be recorded. It's quite hassle for visitor but it's really safety for the tenants. Still couldn't find a lot to accommodate here. Not sure wether it's unavailable or not. But its nice.

β β β β β Worst place to stay. Out of 3 lift only one lift is working. This problem is been going from last year. But maintenance fee must pay on time when their service is like worst. The management is useless too.
Claim pet friendly but they are not. I donβt know if they are aware what is pet friendly means.
