★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to Centro, I have always had trouble looking for a decent hair salon that will be able to provide me a consistent and trouble free hair cut. Most of the time, I had to explain to the hair stylist what I wanted, and in return 9 times out of 10 it never really suited me especially as a guy I don't really need to be fancy or change my hairstyle that often.
I have been visiting Centro monthly (some times bi-weekly) for over 3 years right now and my go-to hair stylist is Han. From the first time I've had my haircut with him, he has always been spot on with the end result. Even when at times I may be late for my appointment, Han will still look after my haircut carefully/gentle without rushing it. Not only have I been frequenting Centro but I have also introduced my family members (all male!) to go for their haircut with Han and everyone is satisfied with the results.
P/S: I even really enjoy the hair wash (and massage that comes with it) too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro W Salon is my MUST visit place, whenever I return to Malaysia for a vacation. I have never been disappointed by my trusted hair stylist, Celine, for almost a decade. I like that she would only recommend what are needed, and provide the best advice and solutions. Her cut is so amazing that leaves my hair very easy to manage.
I always walk in with an awful hair (frizzy and unruly. As I don’t visit hair salons abroad), and walk out feeling refreshing and confident, as my hair is totally repaired ?

Prices for haircuts depend on which level of stylist you would like while prices for perms, colouring, and such services are calculated by hair length, you can check their website for exact figures. The stylists are all amazing and even the assistants are highly skilled. They also offer manicures and the like if you are forgoing a long treatment process. Great stylists, polite staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cut 8 inches off my hair with the Creative Director Kevin about 6 months ago and was pleased, so I was confident when I booked an appointment with the Artistic Director Celine for a cut and color. I sat in a chair for 45 minutes before anyone touched my hair. I was promptly told they had forgotten to book my color, and I would need to continue to wait. Celine proceeded to her other clients and I continued to sit and then just got up and left. I’m happy to pay a premium for someone’s skills, especially with hair, but without the service it’s not worth it. If you care about great hair and value a good experience check out check out Number76 or The Soloist instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me Rm 145 after 15% discount for cut-wash and blow and did by they artistic director. I was expecting at least nice blow dry for my medium length hair from her because the artistic director sound wow but I left the salon like the hairdressing student who did my hair done.. nothing special about about this salon.. Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite salon ever! Creative Director is my favourite hair stylist here, he is very professional and experienced! He really focuses on my hair condition in order to suggest the hair design best suits my face shape. Not forgetting Kay (Best hairstylist for event/function), he is very professional in styling your hair accordingly to your preference/event theme/outfit! Thumbs up for the amazing services here! <3 Definitely will come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience for the premium price you have to pay. My stylist was already servicing a client and was too eager to get rid of me as quick as possible. Couldn't even get a good look at my hair before the stylist had already walked away back to the other client. Hair came out flat. Could have gone to any other salon and pay half the price for better service.
