★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a haircut and my hairstylist was Jerry. The salon was packed when I arrived and the whole service felt rushed. I wanted to cut off my long hair after 3 years and was hoping that Jerry could offer his professional advice and suggestion as to what hairstyle would suit me but he did not.
He didn’t discuss the hairstyle or how he was going to proceed with my haircut before starting. The only information provided was the length of my hair. When prompted he would give me a very brief answer and he was also dismissive of my suggestions. He didn’t even discuss whether there would be a fringe or not until I asked him.
I believe it is a common practice for the stylist to discuss the hairstyle with the client before cutting. I have been to 76 several times before but with a different stylist, and this has always been the case. I was disappointed to receive this level of service from Jerry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go for number 76 as my default salon for any hair colour/hair cut, even left them positive review previously. However I am super disappointed with my recent visit. I do feel from my recent visit - the stylist is less attentive to spend time understand what the customer wants, I was also left waited for 30 mins before I finally get my hair work started despite arriving on time for my allotted appointment. But what turned out to be my BIGGEST NIGHTMARE was my recent visit for hair cut - it's so bad that I feel so upset & depressed. The haircut is nothing of what I requested - I wanted a flat length cut + I mentioned I wanted it to be thick and showed the picture, I think it's the most basic hair cut what one could ask for. But I cannot believed my hair was thinned so much by the stylist without even telling me beforehand, plus I have fine, thin hair, why on earth a stylist even think thinning my hair is a good idea! It's so hard for me to maintain it. This is so bad because it's not something that can be undone like a bad hair colour, I am left with waking up sad everyday with this horrible hair cut, it really does affect my mood & confidence level significantly. Before I wrote this review, I have emailed them but they didn't care to even reach out to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i accidentally came 30 minutes late due to a police roadblock and i felt really bad but jack was so patient and was very understanding! i did my haircut here with jack and he was the nicest person! you can definitely tell jack cares about his clients as he constantly asks if everything is okay. he is really sweet, gave me a lot of tips and tricks for my hair and i definitely recommend him! especially for girls and guys with curly hair, he has the best experience but he's also great with hair colors too. definitely ask for him if you can and are planning on going to the number76 soon! will come back to the professional salon soon for a trim & to add color!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I had a satisfying experience. It was my second time trying out Number 76. Although the salon is constantly busy, their stylists never fall short in delivering their expertise. Definitely appreciate Jerry's (senior stylist) patience, honest advice and proposed hair treatment, can't wait to try out their other hair services :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and very talented stylist. My go to is Fung and I trust no one else with my pixie hair cuts. The way in which he cuts it makes my hair grow out well without needing regular upkeep, which I discovered during the long MCO period. He's also great with recommending what hair colour best suits your style and tone. I'm a very lazy person and would always ask for a low maintenance cut that would look good even if I'd done nothing to my hair, and he always delivers.

My friend and I went for our birthday hair treatment and hair cut - service was attentive and cordial. The stylists assigned to me were friendly and Miss Carmen seriously gave the best hair wash and massage ever- thank you so much! Mr. Deven was also very down-to-earth and gave me a cute haircut. Will keep visiting you guys for sure :) Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first appointment with Deven today; went in for a haircut and colouring. I have very thick, coarse hair and had done balayage previously (before photo).
Deven did an amazing job thinning out my hair so it’s a lot lighter and he suggested highlights instead so the grow-out wouldn’t be as harsh (color-wise).
Took 4.5 hours (expected because needed to bleach for the highlights) and I’m very happy with the outcome.
