★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a Chinese guy with glasses and the guy was rude and gave a bad service to me. After cutting my hair I told him that it was still long and I wanted it shorter, he started showing me a dissatisfied face and started being rough with my hair (whereby he pulled my hair more roughly, and move my head roughly as well.) X-Cut should take a look on their staff otherwise they say goodbye to their business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got haircut from the guy wearing spec. The hair cut skill was bad. Totally unacceptable after hair cut. I think he is just simple cut without any skill. Will not go back the that shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told the guy in specs (his space is at the front) I only want a trim of 1 inch. Before he cut, I repeatedly tell him only 1 inch trim and show him with fingers 1 inch. While cutting I watch him on mirror. To my horror, he kept cutting away 3 inches in the back and my bangs at front he cut all the way to my eye brows from my chin length!! This man have no experience . I don't think he have haircut experience. I think he just want a job . He look very dissatify with this job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went last week to get a haircut later in afternoon. The other 2 male hairstylists already left. I should have gone with my instinct cuz earlier there was a queue for them while the auntie with glasses was bypassed. Anyway, I got in right away and that auntie with glasses keep brushing my hair so many times and pulling my hair and pushing my neck here there. I don't know what the reasoning with brushing the hair till it caused friction and static. She said "oh your hair is so dry. Need conditioner" . Of course my hair is dry!!! Keep brushing over and over without spraying water it will common sense dry the hair. I don't even know if she even know what she is doing. I have not seen anyone cutting hair with no sense of which way to start. She seemed off!! I don't know why Xcut kept her. There's enough of complains here to let auntie go! I'm sure there is no shortage of hairstylist to replace her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a terrible haircut service from one of the auntie (with spectacles). It seems that she had a problem with catching customers' requests, I told her not to cut my hair too short but yet she can't even follow simple instructions. Worse of all is she can't catch the hairstyle that I want from my photo (previous haircut). Really disappointed with the service. This would be my last visit not even worth the price I had paid! I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For rm25 it sucked compared to other places I’ve went to cut my hair. The auntie with glasses doesn’t look like she know what she’s doing. When she used the shaver, her motion is not even smooth and the worst part is how she just simply push it back and forth. Another part is how she handled the scissors. I couldn’t believe that she would just cut it free hand like her judgement was perfect. She also screwed up my hair when I asked her to trim the top. Never coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad and unsatisfied with my hair. I think you lower down your standards to hire your worker. The previous barbers are really good. The old lady with spectacles is not worth it, she keeps on brushing my hair and keep on moving my neck which is very unusual. 10 times brush then 2 cuts? Common..The customers are paying for haircut not to brush brush brush all the time..different instruction but different results???. I go out to your shop with hatred.
