★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to find this Appointed Somsonite Service Center in Cheras.
I whatsapp Mr Leo, sent him photo of my lugguge, and ask him for quotation to change the handle, price was reasonable, he told me took 1 week to repair.
He told me if no parking, they will come down to get my bag.
Luckily there was parking when i was there, so i brought it up myself. He told me only took 30 mins to replace the handle, so i no need to make another trip to collect my luggage. So i had something to drink in kopitiam downstair while i waiting.
My luggage was done in 30 mins, happy with the excellent service with the reasonable price. I am a happy customer. Highly recommend this Somsonite Appointed service center. Though i stay in PJ, i feel worth it to drive to Cheras to repair my Somsonite bag.
* Avoid the Somsonite service center in 1 Utama PJ, which have have horrible customer service

The proprietor was very accommodating... the store was on the 1st floor and they were doing renovation works, so he came down to get the luggage. The same was done when we picked up the luggage we didn't have to go up, he brought them down. Will use their service again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incidentally found this luggage repair shop at Google. They provide consult and good advice regarding my damaged luggage part. They managed to source out the replacement part for my luggage and got the job done pretty quick. Good service at a reasonable price tag.
Even thou hard to find parkin at the area but they do help with collecting your luggage from the car. Excellent ???
