★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Delsey's 2 wheels were badly worn out but the few luggage repair shops I went to do not have the correct sized wheels
Finally got Sam's contact through a friend.
Went to his workdop this morning, and the wheels were replaced with 2 new ones of the correct size within half an hour. Workmanship was very good. The service is very good and Sam and his wife are really very friendly people, also the charges are reasonable.
Very hghly recommend ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam and wife was very friendly and reasonable priced. Able to generate receipt for my travel insurance claim too. I was able to fix my luggage wheels within 30-40mins same day while I wait there. Recommended for those who want to get bag repaired.

He even noticed a tear on the bag which I didn't know of and stitched it up for free. Thank you very much. Will definitely send here for future repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that the borders are open it's time to pack and catch that flights... As a traveler myself I often break my luggages unintentionally. These 2 luggages of mine has been broken for quite some time and thought of getting rid of them. But somehow i managed to find a Good Luggage Repair online (Samuel Sam Luggage Repair) I went through all the reviews and got me convinced to have it a go.
I sent a WhatsApp message and got a fast response. For that I am already IMPRESSED ?? Did an appointment and brought my almost dying luggages to their repair center and they came back to me in FULL LIFE.. Both HANDLES ARE BROKEN TOTALLY DAMAGED. My check in luggage and hand carry.
I am amazed how fast the repair. Seriously fast. I asked them to send via grab delivery and they arranged it all for me.
Was not able to take pictures of my broken luggages but I can give you the details.
The check in luggage was not able to pull in and out and it was totally jammed. While my hand carry, the handle was smashed and handle covers was into pieces. He replaced them both and Good as New.. I am very Happy with the results.
To all of you out there who needs help on your luggages Samuel Sam Luggage Repair is the place to go.
Good service, fast, and affordable.

Superb service!
2 luggages. One with chipped and broken wheel. Another with jammed handle.
The latter, been trying to get it fix at 2 repair shops before but none can do anything about it.
Found Sam via Google, the reviews are all positive. And so is mine!
+ Sam's response time via WhatsApp is surprisingly fast. Chat with Sam over WhatsApp, he asked about the luggages and sent him the photos. Consultation for wheel change and options were done over WA, while the one with jammed handle need further review on site.
+ Reachable via Duke highway (Tol Segambut exit). You can still reach here using normal Kepong-Manjalara streets. Repair centre situated at residential area.
+ Sam is a friendly and accomodating person.
+ Decent, fair price on parts. For wheels, he offered several options for you to choose from. Quality and price wise.
+ Tip top customer service. Sent the luggages and he recommended to wait at nearby malls, speedy update on work completion and invoice (sent about 11am, and received update 3hrs later) - well that depends on each individual case I guess and whether Sam has the spare parts, provides advise and tips on luggage usage post-repair, make sure I tested the luggages before heading out (even fix on the spot when there's hiccups!).
Pickup the luggages within the same day ❤️
