★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent our luggage here to replace the broken wheels. The staff here was very courteous and attentive, he checked all the luggage wheels and explained to us the potential causes of the damage. Each wheel costs RM 60 inclusive of workmanship, and even comes with 2 months warranty! The whole process took only 30 minutes, but hey, you don't have to wait there, you can come back after doing all the shopping.
