★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my luggage bag TSA lock repaired in a jiff at City Luggage. Took Ken only 10 minutes! Cost only RM 5.00! Yes, RM 5!! Now my bag is as good as new.
Glad that I initially chatted with him about the problem with my TSA lock.
Will definitely recommend this very efficient, affordable and professional service to anyone who has a problem with their luggage bag.

Recently I sent in my personal Coach sling bag for alternation and it turned out what I wanted it to be - shorten and remove the metal buckle to strap. The professionalism & services provided by Ken Hin was outstanding due to his fine workmanship and also thanks to Timothy Chow for delivering my bag to my house with heavy traffic jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My damn zip was broken! After surveying online I decided to give City Luggage a visit.
Uncle Sam saw the zip and he was like ahh probably just need to change the metal thingy instead of the whole zip. He said he will try to do it for me now since he found out I came all the way from Kajang.
So I decided to have lunch nearby, and guess what? Uncle Sam called me in less than an hour! And it cost me RM15 to change the zip’s metal head.
Now I know where to go if I need to repair anything related to bags!

Been going here for a few years now and have always been satisfied. Brought my old bag, passed down by my father to ask them to restore the lining. This is a before and after photo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been difficult to find a repairer to repair wheels for Victorinox luggages in Malaysia, but City Luggage is able to replace the wheels with their own OEM wheels without needing to make any modifications to the existing wheel structure. Literally “F1 tyre change kind” of repair, out and in.
Ultimately, Ken made this change in a day time. Fast, great customer service and affordable!
PS: I haven’t been doing much review unless it’s really worth my time to do so. Either super bad or super good, and City Luggage is definitely on the super good end.
