★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont normally complain about eateries...however this branch is absurd. The food coming out is super slow..the ckt and nasi lemak butter milkchicken we ordered is super disappointing for the price. The cendol came to my table melted and the popiah took almost 45minutes to be prepared.
Save your money and just go to another establishment to have a enjoyable meal. This is one of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. It feels like I'm eating in Singapore shop claiming they have penang food standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Ayam serai sambal petai set @RM28.90 and comes in a set on lusive of dessert and drinks. The cold dessert is nice and sweet. The fried chicken is okay and luckily there is some sambal to add some spiciness to it. The pickle is just tasteless and the sambal prawn is not great. I ended up not eating the set, but merely tasting it and leaving it almost untouched.
My son had the Penang famous fried koay teow @RM13.90 with some cut chillies on the side. The ambra sour plum juice is juicy, cold and fresh @RM7.90 per glass.
Overall, it was not a fantastic experience.

The food is super horrible, like freaking horrible.
Got fooled by their menu.
That small portion of Chee Cheong fun was RM 5.90 and the sauce was so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not happy with the food and ambience. Order char kuey teow , in the menu said got cockles but there’s no single cockles inside. The bangladesh staff was on he phone and too loud talking to his friends otp. not nice at all. feel like eating at mamak stall. the tauhu sumbat stinks, i don’t know what sauce they put inside because i cannot eat at all. definitely not coming back with this food and staff attitude.

Staff said not enough manpower, to serve customers & cook the food, even the drinks.
The drinks come to table so late, with the dessert.
The food taste also so so, not so satisfied, not recommend to come here.
The only good thing here is interior is ok only.
Not good service but charged service tax.

?♀️NASI KERABU AYAM GORENG SEREH BEREMPAH :
Purple colored rice from talang flower ,served with raw salad, two types of chili Sambal ,1/2 of salted egg, and Aromatic Spice chicken (Ayam Goreng Sereh Berempah).
Waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be served and for the taste was far from my expectations, the Raw salad was not so fresh.
And for the rice was not so aromatic,but I really like their Aromatic Spice chicken served with a sprinkling flavourful spices and come in fairly large size of chicken (1/4 portion of chicken) can be enjoy for 2 person - 6/10 @ RM 19.90++
?♀️PENANG CHAR KWETIOUW :
Penang style fried kwetiauw served with mussels and prawns, small portion compared to the price.
Average taste just like normal fried kwetiauw there is no prominent taste or touch of Penang style Char kwetiouw flavour - 6/10

?♀️Cleanest : 6/10 - very un hygiene , front part finger of the male server who serve my Order clearly touch my food ,they not should grab the plate from the side but instead from bellow ,the server should consider use tray if they don’t know how to handle plate during serving to customer and can consider use glove especially during this time and still in covid situation
