★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. We came at 8:13pm and were told they close at 9pm (last order 8:30pm) and told us to wait for a table. After waiting and studying the menu for almost 15 mins, then only he asked if we wanted to take away instead. Should have advised earlier if you can tell other customers are not leaving soon so we could have chosen to go somewhere else earlier. Also it seems they have more than enough staff for a small place as two of them were just chatting and giggling the whole time while we were waiting. Hopefully they can help other F&B outlets struggling with short staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves a 5 star rating solely because of the male manager (sorry i didn’t get his name).
We frequent this place quite often, the food is quite good and price is reasonable. So on our visit last friday, we ordered a few dishes and we got our garlic salmon fried rice. It wasn’t the usual standard as the rice was too soft and we can’t taste the garlic. It wasn’t a big deal and after finishing our meal, we proceeded to pay.
The manager must have noticed that we didn’t finish the fried rice and proactively asked whether everything was okay with the meal and was there anything wrong with the fried rice. After telling him, he then proceeded to take off the price of the fried rice from the meal, apologised and said that he will inform the kitchen about it.
What an exceptional service from the manager, something rare and lacking seen from most f&b outlet. Keep up the good job Sushi Jiro MyTown, you’re awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad experience that i got on my big day at this outlet. Although the varieties of sushi are not much choices and food taste were only just passable, but still yesterday June of 19th was my second time of visits. This time was my big day of Father's Day celebration here, and it's my first time of dining here too. The dishes were not only being served late on that day, but the staff's attitude were bad too, as a tall male staff that showing a “bitter gourd” like faces (though face mask were on) to reply my simple question so unwillingly and reluctantly before collecting payment. Did they have that much stressful on working days? Why just a simple way of smiling(eyes can tell) or with a polite voice to customer also hard to do? Truly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st impression when i walk to the restaurant"THE STAFF VIBES IS NOT WELCOMING" us as a customer( the staff is really cold af),thank god the another one serving us..but more disappointed that sushi taste so terrible ?? and the worse sushi that i ever taste if u want to compare with empire sushi. .
Please dear chefs learn how to make ur sushi ..Ur sushi too oily & salty..and u should learn the taste from SUSHI ZANMAI, SAKAIE SUSHI & IF U WANNA try cheper but tasty u can try at NIPPON SUSHI & SUSHI YA-RI ..
Sorry but im.not really happy to eat at here..1st and last☠️ ( im sorry to give 1 star..coz im a sushi lover)..ohh ya..btw only d MELON CREAM SODA make me smile a bit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Set Salmon Sushi as lunch, taste okay.
One thing I dislike is there using QR code to scan and order food but encountered so many issues with the code using.
First, the QR code will expire if didn't order in certain time limit - the waiter there gives too early so mine expired when I order.
Second, the QR code will mixed up with others if you are sitting alone - cause they use codes like S1 S2 S3 to identify the orders, sometimes if others use the same code on bill then will mix up.
Overall services okay food okay environment okok lo

Sushi taste so so only.
The place not very tidy and not very clean, especially the kitchen area. Because the seating area is surrounding the kitchen, its condition will affect the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here often and overall exp is always good. Some say the waiters are not friendly but I feel they're ok. You pay what you get, if you want more portion then go to a bigger sushi resto and spend more $. The male manager is great, I notice he often checks with customer if something is not available or if there's something wrong with the order. Keep up the great work
