★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outsourcing your services to other courier companies may resolve only your short term logistical issue. In the longer may I suggest that you designate a proper directional map to specifically your current location. I went through the inconvenience just today when Google map directed to the Ampang Point outsourced location instead. I hope I have done my level best to have pinpointed your actual location at the Ampang Waterfront with pictures of your external facade. Another suggestion is that you should update your notice tag to the occupant of the premises with the correct address link as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it says on the opening hours, it opens at 8.30am but multiple times, nobody was there at the front counter to open the door. This time around, we pressed the bell multiple times AND made eye contact with an employee in the back office but to no avail. So I was forced to stand outside with my items for 20 minutes and wait for them to open the door.
