β β β β β Cosmetically nice but basic details show corner cutting that could threaten your life if you live here. E.g. balcony rails that could break if a child leans on them.

β β β β β Great facilities. Great view from star gazing deck esp at night. Next to Calvary Church which is convenient for church members. The only downside is there is always some problem with the lifts. Residents always trapped inside the lifts.
