★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 3PM, I happen to have appointment around this area therefore I decided to drop by Nando’s for my late lunch. Lunch hour has pass, the shopping mall getting quite around this hour. Of course same goes to all eateries.
I do not want to take any heavy food hence I ordered Chicken Wrap RM13.90 otherwise I would like to have quarter roasted chicken instead. As for appetizer, I have Sweet potato RM9.90 for munching purposes and mineral water RM3.50 which deem guilt-free.
Chicken Wrap was served fast, it could be now is non-peak hour. The Chicken Wrap looks small when they served in a big plate. Well, not any issue. You will find roasted chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing being wrapped with tortilla wrap. Portion is consider decent to me, juicy chicken (breast part) and tasty yet creamy dressing. I recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste very nice, chicken is juicy and served hot. One of the best Nando's branch I visited. Staffs are friendly. Cleanliness is up to standard. This branch is quite small compare to others, while the location is not that easy to spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nando's, just because I chose to eat lunch here doesn't entitle you to get my phone number for some online menu from a QR code. I come to a restaurant to get table service & to get away from my phone. Yes, I know it is Covid but if a dentist can work on my mouth for an hour you can have waiters standing 6ft from me for 2 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken chop not bad but quite expensive . Rm32+ with 2 sides and bottomless drink. 1/4 chicken quite small piece. Same goes for chicken chop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along the alleys towards Pavilions or BO Fahrenheit. Easily can be spotted when you enter the exit from pavilion. Fast services. Good food and not that crowded. Unfortunately choices of salads become more limited lately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The malay hostess very attentive and hard working compare to the others waiters. She alone can serve and setting & clean the few table outsides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fairly standard Nandos with all the usual favourites you'd expect (in my case compared to the UK menu) but with some local additions (chops?) and some missing, most notably any achohol. I did miss my usual Shiraz with my chicken! The flavours went plain(ish), hot and very hot, missing out medium and leaving me a bit lost. As it turned out 'Hot' was less punchy than UK medium.
The service was pretty good although the ordering and paying on a QR got very tedious very quickly. I want to eat, not fill in forms. The location was classic foodcourt dull, in the basement of the Pavilion shopping center, along side dozens of other restaurants.
All in all below par for Nandos but still a good value meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was okay (3.5 stars). Service and food were average. I ordered the «Happy Trio Chicken Bowl» which had grilled chicken, spicy yellow rice (beware that it’s quite spicy before you add some spicy Nandos sauce), spinach, corn and red pepper (literally 5 tiny pieces to give the bowl some extra color). The presentation of the plate could definitely be improved a little.
