★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty chill ambience here with few different sections of seatings and tables. You can hang out at the counter a bar like seatings or at the sofa or proper seating and tables. Not so crowded as other nearby cafe since it is located at LG floor in middle of open square there. Pity things, Costa Coffee doesn't have much varieties of selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a nice place for a sip of cuppa. Friendly staff there somehow its service could be more consistent. We offered to be served sometimes (for dine in purpose after payment) but not in every occasion, the answer given was it is dependent on current foot traffic ?
For everyone’s attention especially Sunway and Costa’s management, placing a seat next to the dropped floor (see pic appended) is extremely dangerous, my friend’s ankle just sprained yesterday when he didn’t expect and missed the dropped floor level.

It accept cashless (Grabpay, TouchNGo, etc) make things much easier during pandemic season.
Plenty of seats available, but when its crowded, it really crowded. Better for take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time experience ??: Disappointed, the staff are arrogant, not attentive, and offered unpleasant service. Tables are left unclean and they showed reluctance to wipe the table when asked them to do so.
Literally, the staff just quickly made the drink and can’t wait went to behind and play mobile games.
My first time and this will be the last time visit here. Folks out there please don’t expect a usual friendly service from here else you’ll be disappointed. ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this cafe is the location. Located in the heart of the pyramid means that this is probably the most spacious cafe in the entire mall. No walls, extremely high ceiling, having tea here is very enjoyable. There's a pretty decent menu with a few cakes, some savoury and sweet croissants, and some sandwiches too. The coffee menu is quite unique too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the prime location of the concourse partially beneath the curvy staircase, it is a good place to have coffee and people watch.
Friendly staff. Not crowded even at lunch hour, may be due to the fasting month.
Although not on the menu, i requested for long black and the barista obliged.
Limited choice of cakes and pastries.
