★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Koi, Sunway is the best, their staffs here are well-trained, very efficiency serving customers, always wrap-up the cup with tissue and pop-in the straw in front of you without fail since the one they opened this outlet in Sunway Pyramid. Only Koi trademark bubble tea different than others was their golden small size boba and I like this size than common black boba. Thumb-up!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The milk tea is nothing special, if I rate this is one of the top 5 tea , but if compare with the price over value, this is not worth at all. EXPENSIVE drink. Service is slow, even no body queue, shop are clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some seats inside the shop. Most of ppl took it to go. Matcha series was good and Caramel macchiato was too sweet (even though I said ' less sugar')
Golden honey bubble tea was the best for me so far. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird, the staff here is not trained on how to help customers to put the straw while other outlets like pavilion is doing well in offering to help customers to put the straw. The straw plastic is design to put straw hygienely but the staff here just open the straw and touch my straw with bare hands ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KOI tea is really aromatic and rich in tea flavor. It is not something common like all other bubble tea competitors served. The ingredients like bubble and grass jelly are fresh and not over cooked. Although the tea choices is quite limited, but every tea choices in menu is up to standard and really worth to try. You can choose the sweetness of drinks in 5 level. The staff is also caring enough to cover your cold drink cup with a piece of tissue (to block your hand from touching the cold surface of cup directly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their tea is flavourful without being acidic and is good enough to drink without any sugar. While KOI doesn't always offer black boba their golden bubbles are still pretty good.
My favourite item is the passionfruit tea with aloe vera (sometimes I go with golden bubbles instead).
