★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate the staff at the cotton on queensbay mall, there are so rude especially the guy that wear glasses, this happened on 23 October 2021, i think that day he wore like a denim jacket. he obviously super sombong. Its not like there were a lot of customers, but the way he act as if he is the busiest person on earth . lagipun cashier bukak satu je tapi sikit pun tak nak layan customer dengan baik basically dia nampak mcm acah gila kerja kat situ, acah dia kononnya famous. semua teruk

Its not like there were a lot of customers, but the way he act as if he is the busiest person on earth. after all, the cashier opened one je, but he didn't want to serve the customer well, basically he looked like he was crazy about working there, he was supposedly famous. all bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a great fan of the cotton on. My only issue with the Penang Queensbay branch is the cashier lady. She was so rude to my mom. She treated my mom as tho she can't hear or some old people. Just because my mom was confused with the price on the bill. Instead of giving an extra effort by explaining to your paying customers until they understand what are they paying for, do not treat them differently.

My main incentive of visiting Cotton On is for official merchandise, good quality fabric and lasting print. Buy those Made In Bangladesh for extra super softness cotton comfort.So far, those rock t-shirts Made In China lack in terms of fabric and print quality. Some loud colour prints from China do not look very lasting.
