★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a device last March 2021. The sales person told me there is 2 year warranty for my device today, when ask from Samsung Website Live Chat about my warranty, they said, no more. Well, I was cheated again with the sweet promise and the Samsung Website Live Chat told me to go for the service centre, and they will charge me RM30 for inspection. ?

The sales personal constantly giving wrong information or incomplete information. Then consumers suffer from their incompetency. I will never purchase any item here again.
