I preordered my iphone 13, but currently im not in penang to collect the phone. But then i call the cs to pickup it today and already told the staff. But then i come here they already sold it other person. But when I want to ask my sister to pick up my phone, previously they don’t allow it, saying that ic is needed, finger is print is needed.But they can simply sold my phone to other person. The heck of service!!! Dont buy here!

Sorry for the 2 stars...feel unsatisfied with the service from the girl staff there. I ask what is available, she only mentions one model left....and she also answers me one only, sshoweddddwn she didn't want to treat me.. luckily I try to find another staff..man...he assists me, he also list down what phone is available..and I finally buy 1...the weird thing is, she mentions one model only left, but when I talk to this man, he said 3 models still available.... please take action to this young lady ..it spoiled our mood to visit there again.

Bad service, I queue for 50 mins and no one inform me need to scan for virtual queue. Stupid arrangement, didn't feel been service

Very bad customer service. I entered the store, and naturally, I scanned mysejahtera. There were no staff at the entrance. So I thought scanning mysejahtera was enough. So a few steps inside, then this one staff (a girl) stopped me and said “scan whatsapp first” with a very unfriendly attitude and an unwelcoming tone. I was flustered with the way she “greeted” me. She repeatedly telling me to scan Whatsapp with the same attitude. I know I forgot to scan the Whatsapp (which is very rarely done), but there is another way to let me know that. She could’ve said “hi sir/miss, have you scanned the Whatsapp QR code?, if you haven’t could you please do so?” With a smile. I worked in customer service before, and I know the exhaustion, but please, treat your customer politely. I end up just leaving the store right there and then. There’s no way I’m doing business with that kind of treatment. I guess you won’t get that customer friendly treatment if you don’t look rich.

One of the worst experience in switch. A new staff was assisting me, she is very kind but her colleagues were the worst. Apparently she does not know much about payment methods, and how it works there. There should be training to the staff before assisting customers. The questions asked were met with different answer. Plus, ample information weren’t given to us. Every single question we have to wait for the senior staff to answer. This is a tiresome experience. We needed help in explaining different payment methods as it is vital. At the end of the day, the staff didnt provide us with the information needed. If we didnt buy the new adapter for our new iphone, we would not be able to charge our phone. We were not informed on this. Please improve your staff. I dont think i would want to come here again. Much rather go to small store switch.

Bad Experience, Bad Attitude, Bad Service I don’t usually write bad reviews unless it really does, and this is my first time writing a bad review. Bad Experience from Lame Queuing System I’m definitely okay with waiting in line via the Queuing System. However, in my case, there are just only a few customers inside the outlet, and I waited for 5-10 mins even though the Queuing System showed that I would be called after *0* customer(s) with an approximate wait time is *0* minutes. The worst part is that a few staff were free, and they didn’t even try to call and assist me. Bad Attitude from the Staff As mentioned earlier, few staff were free and didn’t even try to call and assist me. The attitude of those few staff was so undisciplined and seemed so tired without sleeping a few days in a row. Even the staff that assisted me was so lethargic and half-hearted. Bad Service from My Purchasing After I had purchased, the staff told me that they would not provide me small recycle bag as the small recycle bags are out-of-stock. When I asked for an alternative recycle bag, the staff refused to offer me and replied that larger recycle bags are running low on stock. Come on, Switch! I’m really disappointed with you today. I have been a loyal customer for a few years and today’s experience really ruined my mood and impression of Switch. I really hope Switch would retrain their staff with proper training procedures. Otherwise, this type of service doesn’t even deserve a star.

Stupid queuing system. Hello, with the population of Malaysians vaccinated at this point, maybe you could consider revising the number of people allowed to be in the store. No offense but other Switch in KL,Selangor area don't have this stupid queuing system. You are losing sales as people are giving up waiting in line because its damn longg. Want to enter store ask product availability also have to queue like Deen Maju Nasi Kandar, for whattt??? And then suddenly queuing system down! LoL. Please fix the system. Switch QB is a JOKE.

Bad customer service! Staff name JASMINE really not friendly at all!! Went there to purchase 2 iphones! 1 for me and 1 for my partner. But that girl staff attitude really turn off my mood to buy in there. Boo Switch QB! I better go to another Switch and do my purchase. I feel not worth at all spend my money at shop with this kind of staff. U better improve or at least teach your staff how to treat customer!!
