★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the first localized cryotherapy for ankle injury that did not recover even after a month of doctor's treatment. One session of localized cryotherapy did the magic, my ankle is completely ok now. Jean Pierre is super professional and very patient in explaining how cryotherapy works.
Also tried their EMS shape, toned up muscle in 30 mins each session. Instantly purchased 10 sessions during their promo. Pic is the result after 7 sessions (I'm a person that never does abs workout). Amazed by the result!
Whole body cryotherapy did amazing job to relieve my neck pain and I had a really good sleep at night after the therapy. Everything in this clinic is the best service you will get with the best price. Loved it and can't recommend a better place than Cryofit Asia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started cryotherapy with Jean as I was experiencing knee pain from long period of walking and running. After about 4 sessions of cryotherapy, I can feel my knee condition alleviated. I also enjoyed this ultra cold treatment as it boosts my mood and I feel re-energized after each treatment. I love the feeling of warmth rushing from my feet to head as I walked out of the chamber. I will continue to adopt cryotherapy as part of my wellness and recovery journey as I believe it can improve my immune system and stimulate my body’s natural healing abilities.
I also just started infrared sauna on a weekly basis which i really enjoyed. I sleep better these days and overall more relaxed. The sauna set used is very clean and a good size for a comfortanle 45 minutes sauna.
Jean is also a very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing his tips for sustainable long term good health. T

Within 5 sessions of closely-spaced cryotherapy, I have been pain-free. It's unbelievable and truly astounding how effective it is. As a skeptic of alternative treatments, I'm overjoyed not to have to opt for the surgical route. JP is also incredibly patient with any queries and advice in the sports sphere, and I can't recommend him and CryoFit enough!
