β β β β β It's the only vet I know that accepts real problems and prioritizes the wellbeing of the pets. Many of the smaller clinics don't accept severe cases or only accepts appointments.
Like when my dog was vomiting due to gastritis or when they climb the table and ate chocolate. Another case was when my dogs were having coughing fits due to inflammation.
I was able to see the vet within the day for all these cases. They show so much care and they accurately pinpoint the root cause of all the problems. I've been to other vets that have misdiagnosed my dogs' symptoms. But this isn't the case for the vets here.
They do accept walk ins just need to wait longer for availability.
They are open 24/7, charging rm50 extra for emergencies.

β β β β β The reason why I went out at 1200am in the midnight to the hospital is because my cat is in bad situation. I went there twice showing the receptionist my cat condition, but he ignore looking at my cat and ask us to wait, while i was waiting there is a dog that came and he was checking the dog and directly sent them inside. My cat was catching breath terribly and mind you, we waited 50minutes for my cat to finally die at the waiting area. And then only they were rushing off to check my cat. To ME PERSONALLY, it was very disappointing. Very very disappointing as i had ask him to look at my cat situation and he ignores. They dont even take my cat seriously. And i felt bad cause i did not push them to my highest best to make them understand that my cat is very in bad situation. To others, please take care and please fight for your pets rights. Remember, MY CAT DIED AT THE WAITING AREA, WAITING 50minutes WHEN I CAME THERE AT 1200 MIDNIGHT. WHO WOULD BRING THEIR PETS AT MIDNIGHT IF ITS NOT EMERGENCY??

β β β β β Very very very clean. No odour smell. Reception is very polite and kind, first time coming here and they keep coming to ask for detail in order to register and everytime with a smile. Dr is kind even for a stray cat (kucing local), yeah I brought an adopted stray cat. Dr tak pilih bulu, layan semua pet dgn sepenuh hati.. ?? Fee is reasonable.

β β β β β My dog was very sick and in pain. He is 18 years old. He died on the 3rd day there. The staffs are poorly informed and not knowledgeable about vetinary care. Not sensitive to the owners and pets circumstances. My dog was crying in his cage that was barely big enough.

β β β β β Experienced and excellent doctors. Mostly friendly staffs.
Be prepared to pay higher price. Bit expensive compared to other vets.
They have good and complete facilities(ICU Rooms, X-Ray, Blood test,) to accommodate your sick pet.
Usually there is a long wait except morning, and make sure you make appointment before you come.
24hours cases will be charged significantly higher than normal hours. After 10pm if im not mistaken.
Visiting duration for 15mins is absurd and unreasonable, hope the management revise the duration (don't let someone inconsiderate do the decision). Take into consideration of the pawparents circumstances.
Dr Tan & Dr Ang is highly recommended. Explanations are clear, and sincerity for their best to treat is highly respectable.

β β β β β An animal hospital with 10 vets registered and operating 24 hours along the Tanjung Tokong main road, a stone's throw from Village Grocer and across from Island Plaza. Hospitalisation is RM60 per night. Small retail with US and China pet toiletries are offered.

β β β β β Im so greatfull.. Went there around 2am with emergncy stray cat,pregnant,but kitten dead in womb,est 2days d..welcome by friendly staff, registered and doc explained well, every single charged.. So i was noted n satisfied with all explaination. Bcause so rushed last night n im tired,sleepy d.. I forgot to ask each staff name last night.. Im really appreciate for ur guys hospitality. Since emergncy, late at night, be prepared for charged high(as expected, like u went to private hospital lah, cost already i xpected, but, lives matter!kitty mother in danger).this vet operated 24hrs.

β β β β β Mimi was admitted due to parvovirus, she has recovered very well under the care provided here and Dr Kim was very nice and explained thoroughly about her situation and made sure necessary procedures and treatments were done. Dr Chong was also very friendly and helpful, she monitored Mimiβs situation when Mimi was hospitalised at the isolation ward. The aunty as well as the makcik were also very lovely and took good care of my little girl, making sure she was well fed and cleaned properly.
Thank you so much to Dr Kim, Dr Chong, aunty, makcik and everyone else at cuddles for all the thorough care given to Mimi β€οΈ
