Absolutely, regretted even step inside the compound. The guard so rude, immediately cancelled the room. Poor hospitality!

C/In: 19/8/2020 C/Out: 20/8/2020 [?] Absolutely impressed with the total experiences. From its theme concept to staff friendliness and delicious foods. All in-house guests' rooms, gym and swimming pools are accessible by key card. However with DIRECT BOOKING & MY RESERVATION WAS OVERLOOKED . [?/⚠️] Require deposit RM100 IN CASH plus FULL PAYMENT UPON CHECK IN. NO REFUND ONCE PAID. Do not expect international hotel's SOPs. No credit facilities and CAFE ACCEPT CASH ONLY. Rooms are NOT SOUNDPROOF and MATTRESSES are VERY FIRM.

Put up for a night Price wise kinda pricey they should do some promotions to encourage more tourist to come here cos their selling point are right at the door step which is the famous Victoria Bridge . Room wise ok spacious . They need to upgrade their pillows & mattresses to the hotel pillow standard. The utilities in the room are working well . Unable to explore more , checked out early dawn Note : go and explore the small Karai town , you can walk , turn to the right . There are few nice food stalls . My favourite pitstop are Kedai Kundas , try their cucur kumdas & teh tarik & nasi lemak. Another good point about this stall, it is a meeting place of all community . I love to sit there to watch the locals enjoying their coffee & chatting among them. The togetherness the muhibbah Ambience 8/10 Service 7/10 Staff attitude 8/10 Cleanliness 8/10

Great and spacious room (depending on the type). It is peaceful and suitable for those who want to relax and have time with family. Spacious parking space. Very near to Victoria Bridge which allow you to take picture early in the morning (no one around). Breakfast is served but a bit pricey. There are few stores (gerai and kedai makan) that sell breakfast outside the property for more choices.

Simply love the whole concept of this hotel. The lobby area is decorated with some stories about Victoria Bridge and some traditional tools & game. My kids enjoyed the small water park there, there are two free bicycle for hotel guest too. Pity that the mini museum was close for maintenance, otherwise will be good for children to learn something. There are ample of parking too. Our morning breakfast was fine with sufficient portion for our whole family of 4. This place is purely for relax as not much activity to do at night, you can also walk to shops nearby for simple local dinner. I'll definitely will back again with my family.
