The room is nice already, free soap, towel, water, got fridge, air cond, flat tv, nice bukit bintang view. Near sungai wang, near kk mart. But 2 days for rm350. Little bit expensive for a cockroach hotel. Wow.. Just wow.. Welcome to cockroach hotel! Everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I book hotel for 5-6/6/22. Very disappointed with the service and staff at the reception! I booked online from expedia and have paid through online! Then, arrived there., The staff told me that the site I'm booked was a SCAMMER and FAKE . Hotel staff told me that they have no cooperations at all with the EXPEDIA.COM website! ! So How can Expedia post ads about this hotel ???? While your Hotel has no cooperation with Expedia !!! So ridiculous !! . And the staff of this hotel is not helpful at all to cooperate with the customer and does not take any action whatsoever to help the customer. . To HOTEL MANAGEMENT ! If you already know about the existence of this fake website, please take action that EXPEDIA.COM has posted fake ads about your hotel. please take action so that others are not affected as well. Please do the work sincerely. I'm very disappointed!! Bad experience !!! Very bad experience
