β β β β β Ordered XLB, fried rice, salted egg buns, siomay, everything is sooooooo good. Total bill RM250 for 3 pax, still managed to bring back some leftovers lol. WOrth it.

β β β β β First time trying this version of DTF as I had some guests who prefer non-pork food. Honestly I couldnβt differentiate between this and the original DTF (original as in the pork-serving option here in Malaysia and Taiwan)! The food was so delicious and well done. Even the service is as good as the original. Not sure why some are bashing the restaurant as it doesnβt serve pork or like what some say βnO POrK NO GOodβ. Thereβs a huge sign outside saying βno porkβ for those who said if they knew it was pork-free they wouldnβt have had entered the place. Keep it up, DTF, youβre doing a great job!

Charged 1.42 for a glass of water (I thought the government told you not to do this) For a refill, I had to wave somebody, anybody for that special service (for some reason, waiting staff here canβt see empty glasses). After the glass was refilled, we said thanks, but no response from the waiting staff. No βYou are welcomeβ. No, sorry. Nothing. Not even a smile. Actually, there was something better than a smile - 6% service charge! Love these Automatic charges. Never earned. Just because. The only thing these waiting staff is quick about is their speed to bring you the check. Before the food, water, condiments arrived, the check was already on my table with that Beautiful 6% service charge and 1.42 water bill on it. Super fast, super fast!!!

β β β β β Great place for non Muslim to try some authentic Chinese food.
The bad news is the basic requirement such as area to wash hands is missing for a restaurant.
The good news? The food is really good! Other than that, I have no complaint. Hehe. I will definitely go back for more.
Hopefully the restaurant can improve by adding area to wash hand. Basic hygiene! Come on!

1) Xiao Long Bao

Wrappers are thin and abit transparent

With sliced ginger, soy sauce and vinegar
β It's soup dumpling right? Why it so dry inside?I use chopstick poked a hole on it and expected some juices! Almost cried when I see how dry it was
β And the wrapper abit dry out ?I really don't understand fresh serve Xiao Long Bao can have dry wrapper
β No PORK in here (only realised this when ordering *sigh*)
β Small but expensive
2) Shredded Chicken Noodles(? Not really rmb the name)
- A total failed noodle, seriously, it taste like msg and soy sauce no need money to buy, very salty. And the chicken not fresh. I'm willing to pay the price because I expected fresh food good taste good service?Please improve
3) Earl Grey Lemon Tea
Not tastes like earl grey but whatever still can drink ??ββοΈ
I have tried another Din Tai Fung branches bfr, so I really dunno what's wrong with this branch.The only good thing about this Din Tai Fung branch is provided HALAL FOOD here.

β β β β β Deco is quite basic.
Service is slow. There were few customers but i had to wait for 30 minutes for my order.
Prawn and chicken fried rice tastes average and is expensive for the lack of quality.
Dessert of seasame rice ball was served together with the maun meal. By the time i finished my meal it was already cold and hard. Not impressed.
Roselle juice was just ok, nothing special.
I am not impressed at all.

β β β β β Xiao long bao were tasty, though there wasnβt much soup inside. The vinegar provided also tasted different (bland) from the ones in other outlets. Spicy shrimp & chicken wantons, braised beef noodles, and hot & sour soup were all good. Itβs nice that they have this pork-free outlet, but Iβd still prefer the normal pork versions as I find those more flavourful ?
Attentive staff, though the restaurant is slightly warm inside. I was sweating after I started eating :(
