β β β β β First time there as was looking for food when I just happened to park opposite the shop.
We manage to get the last two bowls of thick gravy (loh) noodles. The food is good. Unfortunately, we omitted to take a pic of the noodles.
Portion was generous and amount of ingredients were acceptable for the price.

β β β β β This is the most reasonablly priced mix rice you can go in Brickfields/Kl Sentral. Price ranges from rm8 and below for depending on what dish and the portion you take. In the same shop have variety of noodles, dim sum and chicken rice sold as well. The shop is previously a bar i kid you not.

β β β β β I was here before 9am for breakfast, after a long walk and sweating. Wanted to seat at a bigger table under the fan but was asked by the lady boss rudely to moved to a smaller table without a direct fan. But almost all the table was empty as in the photos. I will not come here anymore.

β β β β β If you Google up where cheap eats near KL Sentral, Restoran Happy comes up in a couple of websites. This either shows me how little choices there are in the area, or my definition of good cheap eat place is different than whoever's writing in these sites.
Restoran Happy isn't cheap compared to other mixed rice places. A standard mixed rice meal is about RM7-8, whereas Happy goes into the double digits. The food is also pretty average, if not mediocre at best. It is exactly what you'd expect from a mixed rice place, with your expectations tampered down a little bit.
And the staff don't look none too happy. This is the saddest part.
