★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are good but they have very poor customer service in this Mid Valley outlet. I've been there for many times as I've signed up their package for eyebrows trimming. The staffs always show "unwilling to work" attitude during working (you'll know what I mean when you are there). There is another Empro outlet in Ikano, you can go there to have better service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Midvalley outlet services are so poor, been there for trimming and eyebrow embroidery many times but the staff old and not professional, my eyebrow result in two different shaping angle after embroidery!! Then i went to ikano branch to fix it and they advised need to do laser but at last they continued to do the embroidery but the result of the shape still not same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no choice but to visit the midvalley branch for their eyebrow service because the sunway pyramid branch was no longer in the operation. My eyebrows were shaped badly, and the staff seemed to realise it and immediately coloured my brow without asking if I was satisfied with the shape first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my mom and sister, my mom has always been visiting Empro at mid valley to purchase masks there. We were always served by a group of nice ladies with no issues. Today we went there to enquire about the eyebrow service, we encountered a staff (no name as we did not mention) that has a tattoo on her inner upper arm - she gave ridiculously bad service. My mom asked about the service in Chinese and she with what audacity raised her voice and answered my mom in English and said how we should have made appointment first and mentioned how tight their schedule are. It is fine if you inform us nicely and politely but with what issue did we bring to you for you to raise your voice to us ? Other staffs has always been friendly towards my mom, but this particular staff was just giving us unprofessional service for what reason ? Because we interrupted her time on her phone ?
Really unsatisfied and upsetting with her.
