★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY HUMBLE OPINION fine dining culinary definition, every taste, we put into the mouth there should be magic happening in our mouth palate.
"I’m giving one star because the sensory experience of food doesn’t go well when the food served on the table during our visit 31/10/20.
Doesn't meet the expectation for 4 of us, and last but not least, the wine is overpriced!
I am reluctant to leave negative comment on the entire dine in experience to celebrate my wife birthday & my best buddy 1st wedding anniversary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in mid October 2020 for dinner. Honestly, the food presentation was about right for a fine dining restaurant but the food was not up to standard. It was just weird altogether. Most of my food were either sour or tasteless. The waiter told me they are about healthy food and local ingredients because their chef was a doctor. Don't know how that was relevant, maybe to explain why their food was bland? At such exorbitant prices, I expected more. Doesn't matter if the ingredients were sourced locally or from some other country. The fusion of it should be tasty. Healthy food doesn't mean it has to be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will remember this restaurant as having good lighting and empty. We were the only table there and could freely roam around the restaurant for photo shoots.
Service was efficient but condescending. I felt like I had been reprimanded by the lady manager for having less worldly dining experience and can't possible fathom how expensive and exquisitely handpicked their ingredients were when we gave our opinion about the food. Maybe don't ask your guests "how was the food" when you can't take criticism, because some guests, like us, will tell you exactly how the food was. In this case, sour - no pun intended. Every dish tasted sour.
James Won's Enfin is about stealing moments to be cherished memories. Well, he did stole some moments from us and our memories turned sour.
My dining companions and I would recommend that you give this restaurant a hard pass if you are looking for a fine dining experience, this one, will not be fine at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the maitre starts going off abt how mostly celebs and VIPs frequent the place, and when there is NO wine list with stated prices - huge red flag. Food was subpar in both taste and quantity for the exorbitant price. It was fancy ingredients, but preparation was lacking. As expected, when the bill came the wine was overpriced too. Like some other reviewers, we too were the only table of customers there. Pretty looking though.
