★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy on weekdays. Limited seating area. Usually already full by 12pm. Ordering system equipped with self-service kiosk. The price here is slightly higher than average as compared to other outlets. Ordering time is quite fast.
Opens for breakfast around 8am. Has McCafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have early breakfast in case you are searching for it in KLCC area. Thr newly renovated Mekdi has a good environment to it which is pleasant. Ordering via the kiosk has improved now whereby it allows you to scan the promo codes from the Mekdi's app now. More savings this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn't huge but I think its fine. There are two types of ways to order so it's fast. One is at the counter and another one is from machine. You get to choose whether you want to pay in cash or credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person in charge of checking MySejahtera is too aggressive. First image of the restaurant, please have someone more welcoming.
Burgers with no sauce inside and cold.
Not enough fries in the boxes and cold.
My cheesecake came with a hole on it (see picture).
Coffee not good at all, even if I waited 15min to have it.
Aircon too cold. No restrooms.
I won't come back. Really disappointed! Better go to the food court at level 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say that is one of the most clean, fresh looking McDonalds restaurant I have seen with a very new and innovative vibe ✨
Staffs are very attentive from entrance and I love the large screen ordering platforms that you can select your orders. There are 5 of those.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applause to the services given by the employees from this outlet as yesterday I walk in to mcdonald and I saw 1 employees standing as I know the time is near to closing so I approached and asked her ( komala) she kindly told me that order for takeaway is open which gives me the gratitude to had the last minute order. In the same time as I observed there is a man and his family waiting for his order and unfortunately when he tried to take his order and lift the paper bag it nearly fell and the fries falls on the floor. This employees went to the counter and replaced it. 1. I saw good values in this outlet where staff work together professionally and I believe mcdonald should value this kind of employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was okay after showing my digital certificate and I was able to dine in finally . Ordered sweet chilli fish burger + nasi lemak with 2pcs spicy chicken + a mix and match set which cost me RM32.80 . ?
Mcd had very less people for dine in and I enjoyed my meal .
However , the nasi lemak rice was abit hard and not fully cooked but it was edible . Also my nuggets were hard and not hot . Except this it was a good meal ??
