β β β β β I went on Monday 10am for registering i-Akaun and there was a queue.
The staff took initiative asking me what I came for, then I could enter directly since there was not many people using the kiosk.

β β β β β Excellent service, I finished everything under 15minutes. Taking longer due to my MyKad cannot be detected, it would take less than that. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Appointment or queueing is no longer needed.
