β β β β β I want to praise all the workers at Kepong KWSP of their patient and professional customer service given to all visitor. From the counter staff , receptionist until rela they really provide enough information with detail explanation to all the visitor. But yet still head the 2 aunties accused them working very slow...come on lah....this is dealing with money of course they need to verify all documents and ensure is all correct. If you have the right document it just need 5-10 minutes time in counter. Of course you need to queue for 45min-1 hr due to many visitor and less branch. Welldone KWSP Kepong especially counter 1 staff :)

Went to register for i-Akaun around 11:30am on a Thursday. There was a short line at the kiosk. The staffs called us up when it was our turn. They were friendly, helpful and patient with the queries from me and my father. No wonder KWSP has such good reputation.

β β β β β Staffs are super friendly and patient. Willing to guide through every steps. Everything was settled in less than half an hour. Well done. I never felt this satisfied leaving a government/semi-govt office.

β β β β β Staff here are fast, efficient and friendly. Only issue is that it's located in a popular area and it's hard to find any free parking spots. Come early in the morning, you might be able to get parking more easily.

β β β β β Really good service n very helpful staff.. my withdrawal submission took less than 10 minutes! Really efficient staff n the whole process was very smooth. Slight glitch in the nominee dept as the details were keyed in automatically but overall I was very satisfied!

β β β β β Fast and efficient services even though there is a lot of people. Kudos to the staff for able handle the pressure with a smile. Need to queue for about 30 minutes plus. Remember to pay for your parking with your TnG apps.
