★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this time of pandemic, It is necessary that businesses make sure that customer’s safety is a priority, this is what Erawan’s Wellness showed when we visited the place today. There is a huge disinfectant machine spray beside the door which non stop disinfect the area. Besides that, they don’t accept walk ins, you should have reservation in advance, which makes it more peaceful because we occupy the whole center for ourselves. Massage wise, it was an awesome experience. Even my husband really recommends it. I don’t mind paying extra because of their service. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I will be back soon! It was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lights very annoying, towels and sheets had wet sensation. Make a full body massage, masseuse put too much oil and just rubbing the skin. It's expensive and definitely not worth it. Don't go there, not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently visited Erawan Massage at Ave K to check if we have any credit left in our existing package since Malaysia has recently open up for visitors. To our amazement, we found we still have RM409.40 from our last package. We were quite happy unfortunately it was shortlived. We were told that in order to activate this amount, we have to sign another package RM1,000/-. Our last visit was in 2019 and Malaysia went into lockdown from 18 March 2020. We renewed our packages twice but were never told that it has an expiry date. It is quite upsetting and it felt as if we have been cheated. There were no messages or notifications that there's an expiry date to this.
Pretty upset that this is how business is being run. So people out there, be careful if you are signing packages even if it is a reputable company.
Let see if the company bothers to respond and I will update if they do.

Ar is the therapist for me and she is really talented and she really knows what she is doing.
You tell her your pain location and she is doing her best by combining different pressing techniques.
Will def visit this place again.
Located in KLCC,
Price is reasonable (1 hour aromatherapy 142rn )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time coming here, very good Thai massage, clean rooms and good service from the reception. You can request to the receptionist whether you want soft, medium or hard massage and she will relay it to the masseuse.
