★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive staffs and spacious mart. Love this place where you can chill and relax while having your oden and drinks during weekends. Very low crowd during weekends since this place is not in a mall. Love the tomyum oden and choco frappe. Spacious seats and the only downside, there is no baby chair. Remember to use your app reward here. Can pay with cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one staff to manage 30 customers. Only oden counter available even you dont buy oden you still need to queue behind oden people. The one staff also not really friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff dont care about hygiene standard at all!!. The staff put the frozen sandwiches in the toaster using their bare hands!!! And when reprimanded, she said "Aiya, tangan saya bersih!! " seriously, now more than ever we have to be extra cautious, especially with covid19 cases on the rise!!! So bloody insensitive and poorly trained!!
Last week another staff was using the gloves and touching counter tops and then using the same.to take the ice cream cones!! Although most staff there are polite and friendly, the store is not well managed. & I'm so grossed out by their hygiene and worst, their attitude towards hygiene. I would not recommend buying any food that is not packaged from this place.
This family mart is also right below a hospital, so imagine the germs being carried by people!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is big and clean. There's quite a big space outdoor for patrons to eat/drink. Ordered sofuto via family mart online app, but weirdly when I arrived, the staff said no that flavor I've selected. Since it's not available why let me to choose? I actually purposely travel to this outlet for that particular flavor but end up I didn't get it. I could just pick up at the outlet nearby without wasting my time and money to travel to this outlet.
