β β β β β Apart from being far away from KL city, units and security is alright. Pool and basic facilities are acceptable. McDonald's is just across this condo. Surrounding is not very conducive for expats. Public transport is not available at ease. Traffic gets pretty bad in and out during rush hour.

β β β β β Security is the priority, no stranger with no business wondering around. The interior always clean and neat. Decorations difers upon festival. Pool still can't be access due to pandemic and safety measures.

β β β β β Been living here for more than 3 months. Life has been going well after the leaking problems had solved in kitchen, toilet and lil balcony. Swimming pool and gym work well, hope cafe and stores can be available soon!

β β β β β Nice location. Lots of amenities nearby, restaurants, convenient shops, hardware stores, laundry and everything. Next to McD Equine Park. Bus stops, taxi just nearby.

β β β β β View and distance to McD is perfect. But the building is not well maintained. Lift often breakdown, often low water pressure, extremely bad water quality (with chemical smell).
Could be many owners not paying their maintenance fees.. I don't know
