- Quite and nice place
- Good location (Near to major cities and also public transport)
Worst things:
- Facilities are limited and some are not functioning. Poor build quality I can say.
- Terrible lift break down and water leaking issues (My house has pipe leaking issue as well)
- Management was terrible before Henry Butcher took over. It is better now but still need more improvement
- Shopping mall is pretty empty
- Bad privacy, people can see you from the opposite building easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's comfortable and convenient, with Ben's independent grocer and 5 restaurants in it's ground floor, also a train and bus station within walking distance. One thing I didn't quite like is that they clean the place weekly, so sometimes trash might pile up in the trash room. But overall, this is a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the new condos in the area. The mall is coming up with great eateries. The supermarket is a little pricey but is very convenient. It's also a good place to shop if you're looking for special imported ingredients to cook. Love the gym and the general maintenance of the property is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location. 3 mins walk to TTDI MRT station and about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket (Ben's Independent Grocer or Hero Market). There's an attached mall with a few shops as it isn't fully opened yet. Good security however visitors parking is limited. Facilities include a pool and gym. Having said these things, once in a while there are issues with the lift... only 2 out of 4 are working which can cause a bit of a delay.

Overall a nice and memorable short term place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location where MRT just walking distance. Security guard is very respectful and greet you all the time. Lobby is at the back of the entrance so can be a bit confusing. Nice swimming pool. Very near to the mall.

Negative points: very small without terrace, light kitchen for cooking, too hot, be ready to have the aircon 24h . Quality price is not good from my point of view
