★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condominium but very good maintenance, very convenient location, easy to access Tropicana mall, suitable for KDU student band working people around SS2, Tropicana,... Environment is good and quiet. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building, I'm tenant here for close to 2 years. Very limited gym facility and unmaintained swimming pool (glass pieces were found and water are muddy as of my last seen.
Always facing issue with lift. Management has changed recent year and are now having plan to fix the lift. However, the project timeline keep on postponed and resident are suffering from walking up and down the stairs to enter / leave the home. Think twice, or even thrice before you want to rent / buy this unit. Or at least get a low level one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building with a major lift problem. Imagine all three lifts are not working at the same time and you have to walk up with groceries. I am 60 years old and am getting fitter by the day by walking up the stairs - luckily I am on the mid levels. I pity those old fellas on the top 18 to 21.
And at 1100 hrs if you wanna take the lift, you will have to follow the dustbin woman together in the lift. Best of luck if you plan to rent. The below picture is the main entrance that greets you when the lifts are down

The security from Nepal are arrogant & inhumane, won't let delivery person to use lobby toilets!
