★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No information need appointment to visit customer service. If payment due there is message, such a big organization not professional dealing with policy holders to attend urgent matter. There so many form of communication available such as email WhatsApp and sms to inform policyholders in advance prior visit to office, but keep policyholders and agent dejected walk off. Complete waste of time n money. If payment due the message is fast? Unprofessional organisation.

Update: Just finished an appointment. Saw so many angry visitors got turned away due to this unnecessary appointment scheduling. During my appointment at 10am, there were 18 to 20 customer service staff available but only less than 10 were with customers. Most customer services just sitting around chatting and joking while so many angry customers got turned away downstairs. What a good place to work!!! Customers will remember this experience.
