★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modarate place for family having fun. The beach is good and nice. A bit far from the night market but still a walking distance to the night market. Sure have fun from day till night here in feringgi Penang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at affin bank service apartment. Comfortable and nice seaview. 20 min drive to komtar and then took the bus to the starting pt of penang bridge international marathon.

Aircond 2nd room not function.call management and he came and said no problem but the aircond is not functioning.
Toilet is not good condition.
No grill lock provided.
Parking chargable
Not exactly nearby the beach
Location failed
Furniture is bad and sofar dirty
All these i pay rm258
Do you think its worth it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures on google was definitely a lie. It was okay for family vacation but it was not comfortable . There were some broken cabinets and pipes, the sink was rusty, air conditioning not cool and the toilet is kinda dirty. Im not sure if all the apartment have the same condition but based on my experience i would not recommend this apartment . Hope that owner of this apartment improve condition of this apartment in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the residence is alright but the management is not! the fact that you have to pay for parking every time you enter & exit the resort is ridiculous! even Grab drivers can't drop or pick up passengers from the lobby area on a rainy day as they too will be charged on TnGo. So to me, I'd rather stay in a different resort instead of paying 10 bucks a day & extra RMs on every entry/exit.
