โ โ โ โ โ Lotus biscoff chocolate tart RM15- all great, crust is a bit too sweet. Chocolate berry pavlova RM18 - lovely, a bit too sweet compared to Alexisโ, probably because this one have.l chocolate. Anyway, this cafe is highly recommended. Service and hygienece ?

โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting this branch. Had Gula Cakery in Kota Kemuning before. Verdict for the cakes? They're consistently good every time I visit. We had the burnt cheesecake, dulce cheesecake and caramel chocolate cake. I had low expectations for the caramel chocolate cake but it was delicious! It was a bit on the thicker/heavier side but the taste was amazing. Dulce cheesecake was light and creamy; the crust adds texture and complements the cake. Burnt cheesecake; pretty self explanatory; one of the best I had compared to other shops I tried. It's light and didn't taste too sweet.
The caramel latte was alright, nothing special. I would only order the desserts if I go to Gula Cakery.

โ โ โ โ โ Gula Cakery is located on CC level of Tropicana Gardens Mall. The serve a variety of cakes, brownies, biscotti, etc and drinks such as coffee and tea. Also available are western mains, rice, pizza, burgers, etc. We ordered peanut butter brownie with a scoop of ice cream and was on offer, double chocolate cake and a biscotti. The double chocolate cake was extremely sweet and loved up to the name Gula. We ordered a pot of green tea to balance all the sweetness. We received good service although the place was quite full and we didn't want to be seated in the most crowded section. A place for quality cakes and a fix for your sweet tooth!

โ โ โ โ โ I think they make the best Pandan Gula Melaka cake. Definitely my mom and I go-to whenever we have a craving for the cake.
We also enjoyed their mushroom soup, hazelnut latte, and other cakes like the Nutella and Caramel cakes.
I would only advise the establishment to improve on their service. Staff are friendly and courteous. But once, there was ceiling work done while patrons were present in the restaurant. It was hazardous and unsightly for us customers. Another time, the restaurant was too hot - felt like there was no air conditioner on.
Hopefully management could look into this, so that the dining experience could be more pleasant for customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite a popular cafe, always full house. Attracted by their cakes displayed in front the counter. Try their signature Pandan Gula Melaka cake....very dry ( maybe kept too long??)but luckily each layer covered with thick icing cream. Passion Minty Lime tea is ??not sweet, a bit sour with mint taste - perfect to quench my thirst.
Not only for cakes and drinks, they also serving pasta, sandwiches, Asian & Western dishes, burgers and ice-cream. Not a spacious cafe, uncomfortable to relax...very noisy.
