β β β β β This place is cosy and has a fresh, comforting feel to it. They donβt have much non pastry related items to eat ( 4-5 items, half of which were unavailable when I went) so thats the only drawback. They do however have a vast selection of pastries. Had a spicy tuna danish which was alright, tiramisu which was delicious, a hot cappuccino & iced mocha both the f which were really good. Nice strong coffee. Iβd definitely go back for the coffee and hope more non pastry related items could be incorporated soon.

β β β β β Come here for a Melbourne coffee experience. Small indoor space, with most tables outside. Very hot outside though, could do with more fans. Friendly service, strong coffee. Croissant is simple and satisfying. Supreme Tiramisu is underwhelming. E-wallets accepted.

β β β β β Nice ambiance and cosy cafe after shopping. Convenient and close to the train station. Tried the yuzu citrus cake which was really nice! They carry nikoneko matcha and houjicha. Friendly staff and welcoming!

Have good selection of pastry and cakes.

β β β β β The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Good place to chill and have a cuppa. They have cold brew as well. Love their egg mayo crossaint. Love the smell of coffee when you enter the place.

β β β β β We were desperate for our caffeine fix a couple of weeks back & happened to be in Tropicana Gardens. A quick G.Maps search led us to Cottle.
The coffee is honestly great & we love that there's a great outdoor seating area as well. They even provide WiFi as well. Have returned for a few more cups since.
Only thing we find strange is that the cafe (unfortunately) does not have a strong aroma of roasted coffee beans. Without it, the experience is just incomplete. But then again, that's just us.

β β β β β Best coffee ever. It is so aromatic and smooth. The staff are friendly. Love it especially when I asked for coffee bean recommendations, they tried their best to guide and explain to me. Tried their cake - Yuzu Oolong. Airy, soft and not so sweet. Their cafe is kinda "hidden" (if you find them from inside the mall) but it is located near the office tower. So quite easily found them. The cafe ambience is good and great hangout place to catch up with friends. Overall, recommended if you are coffee lover.

β β β β β The soy cap was bad. And their coffee machine is not what top quality cafes use here in Melbourne. As someone who's had Melbourne coffee for decades, the coffee served here is below average.
Visited this place cause they claim themselves as authentic Melbourne coffee but it's unpopular in Melbourne. They claim to have a store in Melbourne but it's unheard of.
Environment and deco is nice. Situated next to the office block is a convenient spot here.
If you love Aussie coffee, this place may disappoint you.
