Came here to ICC pudu wanting to have a taste at ah weng koh hainan coffee but it wasn’t open on Monday and had to settle for this restaurant instead. This is not ah weng hainan coffee, its the shop opposite it.
A simple order of two cup of coffee took 1 hour to deliver. Ordered at the counter and the lady give me an ok. Waited half an hour and wanted to reconfirm order but the lady keep telling me need to wait, i also checked on the order and it was there. Waited another 15 minutes , checked again and the order is still there pending. After another 15 minutes, already tired of waiting i went and check again. This time, the order is already delivered but I never received it. Finally had to call the boss and he immediately solve it in less than a minute.
This became worst because the counter lady was very rude. Every time i came over to check the order she was pestering me to cancel it if i cant wait. Finally it turns out that she either didn’t place my order or mistakenly give it to someone else. The whole process was bad because the counter lady wasn’t really helpful in solving the problem but blaming me for not being patient and it annoyed her while I’m speaking politely all the time.
Overall a very bad impression of this restaurant, no wonder the crowd was so low on days ah weng hainan is open.

Special shout out to the tea puller who made the visit special!
You can also get food there. We had the nasi lemak which was decent. Wish we would have gotten a steam pot!
