β β β β β I so regret that I bought my earphones there.
I bought it on 30 of December and until now still trying to solve an issue with earphones with apple, since it is apple product and the sales person said that Harvey Norman doesnβt take any responsibility, even after few days after purchase date. So ridiculousβ¦ and yea, I even bought extra cover plan to extend warranty (just waste of money, cuz can use it only after appleβs warranty expires)
1. Warranty expire date is on 11/112022 (hello, u cheating ur customers???)
2. Earphones keep reconnect to my phone by themselves, even if I keep them on the table And battery is full
3. Today I went to apple service and they said that might be possibility that I have to pay for repairs, and I will not approve repair, I have to pay MYR100 for checking my earphones.
Spent almost 700 for earphones and as a result I have a spoiled product and useless warranty (please never buy their plan!) and the issue with earphones I face since 1st of purchase.

From the front part until towards the exit, the staff are very helpful and most importantly comfortable to communicate with. They are knowledgeable and with passion sharing with us about the items/products (without expecting anything). Thank you & kudos to the staff from the kitchen, electrical & furniture sections. Keep it up!
