★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent trip to this restaurant was splendid. Since it was not a busy day, the chef (Jack) came out and greeted us and recommended some specialty dishes. The food was exquisitely plated and the chef describes the unique process that goes into each preparations. (Trust me, U hear already u wouldn't even want to be bothered with the complexity of making it and would rather just let them make it for you). There is a story to every dish. It makes us appreciate it more. Ambiance was great and we get to go up to the Sky Deck and the view from up there was breathtaking. The clear night sky makes it even more perfect. It requires ticket to the SkyDeck but if you're dining there, the access is free.

Excellent brittle pickles within with other texture grouped in an auspicious traditional red wooden rectangular tray ripples happiness to diners.
The Poon Choi has grandeur in the very spacious dining room closely to the high standard of the imperial Royal Dining Chamber.
Yee Sang platter is well done under the watchful eyes of several chefs before it reaches the table.
Chef Kok has curated every dishes to make the Chinese New Year Feast auspicious and special.
