Went here a few months back, today only thought about reviewing since I'm still searching for a place for treatment. Went there with a package of rm58 if not mistaken for trial so I thought let's give it a try, once I arrived to the place the staff were friendly but a bit desperate for sales? They asked me to add more money for a better treatment and I already had my final decision not to add any more cus I only came for trial but they kept forcing I understand it's for your business but I honestly don't feel like coming back there though. I ended up adding some for their "business" but did not sure what thy added cus it felt like I paid more for the same as stated in the package ...... during my treatment in that quiet room -got people coming in and coming out so a bit noisy and no privacy.

Went there today for the first time , tried the complimentary pico laser .. overall experience was so good and I have to say the beautician who did my laser was Natasha and they know her by name of Tasha , she is a wonderful lady .. if you go there ask for Natasha , she knows what she is doing .. I have had good experience overall , they didnโ€™t push me to take the package like others have mentioned .. outlet : Midvalley Mall

lately, I feel a lot of pressure from their annoying sales tactics during every session without fail! It's either promoting add on facial services or the products! These aggressive hard-sell tactics can really push customers away. I already paid a lot for the sessions, but I could not bear all this.

Please donโ€™t come to this place. I have waited for 3 hours for my treatment, bad management, bad customer service. Only have 3 staff and 1 doctor working but keep taking appointments thatโ€™s y I have to wait for 3 hours for whole few steps treatment. And after I did PRP on my face and meso fats for under chin, i have bruises and swelling for more than 3 days! I did before when itโ€™s under BeauSpring I did not experience this. Im not sure what they can do to make my face and under chin feel better because it feels sore and pain. I have take some medication to reduce the swell. Iโ€™m extremely unhappy with this. Besides, They will always want to promote a lot of package or ask you to convert your multiple times of treatment into 1 treatment. Said it is better but my friend face become even worse!

I bought their package of RM520, and the place I can say is really not as what the review says. First of all, they will keep pushing you for add on treatments even though I have bought the packages, very annoying. The place was full of noise of outsiders and their own staffs, and most annoying is the noise of the machines pulling here and there. Not relaxing at all. The treatment they gave is like rushing for train, less than 30 minutes settle, and they will keep asking u to go here and there as the machine is limited. If they would have refund me the balance of my treatment with money, even 50%, I would definitely not coming back here. Same thing goes to the branch at Tropicana.

Extremely bad service! They only value money and have zero concern on your skin... don't ever go if you're not up for endless packages... I'm too lazy to explain in details, cause there are too much for me to say. Long story short, just don't go of you're reading this. Really, don't go, they'll make you feel miserable and angry for every reason If I could rate in negative stars, I would rate -10 star, not even kidding. This is not an impulsive comment. I'm writing this few months after my last treatment with them and I'm still angry thinking about it. To add on, I brought few friends to finish up my package fast and they all came out angry :)

The other reviews might be honest from the customers but trust me, some of the 5 stars reviews are left because they're forced to do so (including me). I was asked to leave a good review, which will be checked by the staff. Like seriously? You can't force people to leave a good review unless they feel like wanted to. I started to have issues with this place when they kept on rescheduling my sessions at the last minute for numerous reasons. I was already there one time, then only they informed me the doctor was not available. And lately, I feel a lot of pressure from their annoying sales tactics during every session without fail! It's either promoting add on facial services or the products! These aggressive hard-sell tactics can really push customers away. I already paid a lot for the sessions, but I could not bear all this. Lastly, I hope you guys provide us receipt after we subscribe to your packages, so at least we are aware of what we are paying for. Even though I had already attended many sessions, I still got confused about the treatment given because sometimes the sequences and the treatments are not the same. And I lost track of the number of sessions that I had attended. I won't go again, but it can be applied to your other customers. They have the right to know the details of what they are paying for, not just verbally.

Long wait as usual even with appointment. Everytime they said many customers. If so why do you squeeze so many appointments at one time when you canโ€™t manage? And they bring u into a room to ask u to add treatment without fail too. Really annoying. Our package has 1 year of Treatments that we required already. Why do u keep asking us to top up when we tell u again and again that WE ARE NOT INTERESTED! btw they ask us to go to BeauSpring for the time being.
