★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot yoga may sound intense (espesh so in the sweltering Malaysian weather) but it is what kept me grounded for the whole month of April in conjunction with their #yo30dayschallenge. My favourite instructors are Jamiliyana and Adelina, both attentive to details and nurturing. The studio facade is all clean minimalist which helps with making me a zen pretzel (warning: everyone is borderline OCD, I love it!!!) and facilities are sufficiently catered to needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You sweat like an ocean and your knees will wobble in just an hour. Excellent cardio and full body workout.. Yogi instructors are awesome and friendly. Suitable for all levels. Come and join!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended the online classes after MCO, and the instructor (Ting) give her extra care to ensure we didn't accidentally hurt ourselves. In general, nice experience and will continue to attend for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended 3 classes at Decathlon and had a good sweat and stretch. Instructors were experienced and patient. It’s been a long time I stopped attending yoga class since the pandemic. They were very cautious with SOP and updates immediately through email if there is any cancellation. Many thanks.
