★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 18pcs Hokkaido cheese . They provided me with 6 non stackable box(3 PCs /
bxs,) which is not practical for me to be carry around Queensbay. I saw so many rectangle box n requested for them to put into the bigger box but I was turn down as they mentioned boss says for grab food only.
I told them my concern bcos I am shopping so not practical to carry 6 box with my 2 hands.
The salesgirl said cannot do anything . Unfortunately I already paid .Imagine my disappointment.
I hope the management will improve their customers service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original tart is base of cheese the main ingredient n there are many of variety type of tart the price are reasonable cause the ingredient n have baby chesse tart for only rm2.50 the normal big one is rm5.80 love to eat but sad with the short malay female staff not served me good even dont want smile n choosing the people she like to serve its shame but anyway for tart i like to recommend here who like to eat chesse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service.bad attitude.waited 45 minutes for staffs to attend to us (3 person went to push a trolley of stock).the staff said the service is offered to grab customer, but not to walk-in customer, which made absolutely no sense. I won't be buying your product anymore, because your service made the food tasteless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from grab just now , 12 of box*1 and 6 of box*1, total means 18 tarts, but i got only 12 tarts....... So it's hard to them to pack the 3 boxes tarts at the same time. How comes?
And i used to buy the 12 of box, it was a bigger box not small one.
If u want to buy it, plz go buy urself, not ordered from grab.
