★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Tiger Sugar outlet located at former Royal Tea location in front of Mi Store. Their signature drink is Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse. Taste is ok, boba not as tasty as Xing Fu Tang. Still prefer Royal Cheese Milk Tea though.

Price is a bit on the high end, but it's worth I suppose.
Their sitting area is a little unclean unfortunately, should probably be more attentive on that aspect.
