★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After tackling Queensbay Mall (huge) one definitely needs a pit stop to rejuvenate n rest up. Starbucks for comfy seatings, lounge section inclusive plus also an outdoor section for the tobacco lovers. It’s quite well patronised so queuing may prove necessary but the service is prompt n swift. The lounge section is separated n is a quiet zone if one needs to rest while enjoying a coffee break/cookies/cakes. This outlet also has a large outdoor section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample space for customers, there is an indoor and outdoor seating. Staff sometimes are friendly and sometimes not, depends on the shift. Ordered Snowy Cranberry and no cranberry topping on my drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in here while waiting for my Aeroliner bus to arrive. It's a tiny shop, but certainly has made good use of the lack of space in the store to its full advantage - that's one of the hallmarks of any Starbucks in Malaysia. It always manages to maximise the usage of space without sacrificing comfort.
There is the usual outdoor seating which I felt was a larger space, but the tables and chairs weren't as comfortable as compared to the ones inside the store.
What more can I say about the drinks there? They all follow the same recipe around the world, and therefore, taste doesn't differ that much from store to store. What I do like to try, though, are the non-coffee drinks, and that's where sometimes tastes can differ, by a lot - in particular, their Signature Hot Chocolate.
Maybe it was my lucky day, but I got served a really creamy, thick hot chocolate which made me sit up and enjoy. No, it's not because of that extra shake of cocoa powder at the very top of the drink. The barista who made my drink must have had a good day.

Capo - not sure what type of capo served, out of taste capo taste, latte = capo taste. Hmmm..
Celeb my 8 years kid birthday here.
Choc muffin with banana flavour.
Need to improve barista to well maintained SOP of flavour offered.
