★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a big flashy bank branch, but very good, friendly and professional service by the staff. Everyone from the guard, counter teller, desk staff and supervisor were very attentive, helpful and tried to make the process go faster for me and all the other customers that were present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday 20th February 2022. All atm and cdm machines out of order. With the Bayan Baru branch closed, this is not an acceptable situation. Many were queuing to try their luck. It seems only got bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service here everytime I do enquire something. Detailed explanation and willing to repeat, also very friendly.
Although the service is sometimes slow due to low staff or too many customers. It is only during the peak hours where I try to avoid if it is not urgent.
But unfortunately still, the ATMs are abit low count and will usually see them under maintenance or down if you come very often. Long waits on peak hours too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not efficient, very slow and not professional at all. Things like this usually be done at 9am, but until 10:14 still doing it, forcing customer outside waiting. Seriously not professional at all. Just look at my photos and you should know what is going on.
You are a bank, but act like some rude small kopitiam.
Not going to visit this branch anymore and I strongly suggest all not to visit this as well. No parking, no professional practice and no manners.
Should have just close this branch down.
