My dog had a severe pyometra and needed to be treated urgently. I called many vets but was unavailable or consultation slots are fully taken up due to the SOP's. Finally, I decided to call Hoof And Paw Vet and i told them that it was an emergency and they were so kind enough to ask me to bring my dog when they open and they will attend to me once they finish their first consultation booking. The veterinarian (Dr. Uma) examined my dog quickly and ran some test and told that a surgery is needed (best solution). She explained very detailed on what's gonna happen and why we should do it. Being satisfied with the explanation, i said okay and then she showed us the rough estimation cost which in my opinion was justified and it's not the kind of "cut-throat" fee. It's affordable. Fast-forward, the surgery took place on the same day and within 4 days, my dog was out and back to wagging her tail! During these 4 days, they constantly gave me updates on how she was doing and etc.
When I was paying the bill, there was a sense of satisfaction as you know you got the service & treatment deserved. A pet & customer-centric vet. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to treat your fur-babies. :)

The other staff was really great and friendly too. Great enviroment and ambience inside the vet. Affordable price. Definitely will come again. ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our dog here for second opinion after he swallowed a tiny bell. Thank god we didn’t listen to the first vet at Jalan G who only suggested X-ray and operation without considering other alternatives.
Very thankful to Dr Uma and team who advised on watching his diet and pooping first and some medicine to help. The bell came out on the same day!
We will definitely stick to Hoof and Paw!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be thankful enough to Dr Uma, VA Sharifah for being such a gentle, caring, kind, thoughtful and hundreds of praises I could think of. All my cats are vaccinated and treated here and even for an emergency situation at 2AM, Dr Uma still replied to my calls and WhatsApp. They are such a blessing to me and I am very thankful I found this Dr Uma and her team.

When we had an emergency with my little boy I had visited 2 previous vets who showed no regard for the well being of my cat and didn’t have the proper equipment at their disposal to take care of my little boy. Asking a friend of ours we found Dr Uma. She immediately ran some tests and gave us the diagnosis. The following day operated and it was a success. Spending two days at her vet to ensure his full recovery. In those two days. She treated my little boy with nothing but compassion, professionalism and love. I own the life of my cat to Dr Uma because I’m certain if I had taken my little boy to any other vet he wouldn’t of made it.
Her prices for the tests, procedure and boarding were extremely reasonable.
For the following weeks after his procedure she was very responsive on WhatsApp to every little issue we had. Still to this day is extremely responsive.
I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is very responsive to calls and WhatsApp. I had an emergency situation regarding a cat, found their number from Google and called them, and they acted professionally and quickly to assist me. They are gentle with the animals and caring people. Fees are reasonable in my opinion.
They have pet boarding services as well.
