★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any of you are looking for a place to stay. please don't go for hostel hunting. I have around RM1.2K of deposit with them that has yet to be refunded. It has been more than 30 days, no reply/update about the refund. Really poor management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience, i always pay the room rental before 7 of the month (if late, they will fine you). I have a problem with my access card and facilities in the room. I sent this concern to the D'latour Hostel Hunting management and THEY ONLY READ and never REPLY. very good service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this company. Especially for those who are planning to stay in D'Latour Bandar Sunway, please aware with this company. They will simply charge your fee during the termination of the contract. No word can describe this company because it was really "bad". I'm totally regret to rent the house from this company. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not satisfied with the services of this company. I had rent a room under Hostel Hunting Management but the services is really bad. When I report the issue about the facilities to the management, they will ignore my message and not intend to help me. Besides that, they will simply charge the deposit fee after the termination of the contract. I don't what what's wrong of this company and please change you staff to training. When I want to move out, they will charge RM50 for the move out fee but its not mentioned in the contract. To be honest, I would like to stay beside the river rather than rent the house from this company ???
